Kilian Idsinga

I am Kilian (43), a trail runner and cyclist, living in the heart of National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug. I am completely in my element when I can spend hours hiking, running or cycling in the woods. I love the longer distances because it almost puts me in a meditative flow, a journey of self-discovery and connection with the world around me.

Last year I reached the finish line of my first trail marathon, a milestone that fueled my ambition to push my limits even further. On two wheels or on foot, each moment is a chapter in my ongoing exploration. I carefully document my runs with videos and photography, creating a journal of sorts of my adventures.

I continue to pursue new horizons, capture unforgettable moments, and hopefully inspire others to embark on their own adventure journeys. Tailwind has been my fuel of choice since the beginning and I am proud to be one of the Trailblazers this year.
