Time to introduce one more of our new Trailblazers to you!

Hey, I’m Onno Overes and I’m 22 years old. At the end of 2022 I found out that ultrarunning is my big passion. That’s when I ran my first 50km. Meanwhile that has progressed to a 160km/100 mile trek. I always want to challenge myself. Whether that is with distance or speed, no challenge is too crazy for me. I try to run as much as I can on a daily basis which brings me to about 160km to 200km weekly. In 2024 I want to go for the 10,000km!

I like to be outside in nature. That’s when I’m happiest. I also want to participate in as many ultra events as possible and enjoy nature.

In 2024 I have several 100km ultra’s planned as well as several 100 mile tours. Currently I do a lot in the Netherlands but definitely have plans lined up for events abroad. Tailwind has always helped me well during ultra’s. Never had cramp and always super fresh across the finish line. Together with the Tailwind Trailblazers Team we will make beautiful adventures in 2024!
