I am Sylvie, 35 years old and I love spending my free time in nature. My passion lies mainly in running, but I also enjoy a brisk walk or bike ride. Whatever it is, preferably unpaved and surrounded by mountains.

I love challenging myself and constantly pushing my physical limits. Although my legs and stubbornness are all too happy to take on those challenges, my digestive system sometimes dares to balk. And this is where Tailwind makes a difference for me. It provides me with the necessary hydration and fuel without the well-known gastrointestinal problems. It’s all I need, really.
