Our new website is live!

We've spent the past while building a new webshop, and it's now open. Clearer, faster, and nicer on your mobile devices. A whole new platform we should be able to build on for years to come.

What's changing:

• Faster and clearer. The whole shop has been rebuilt from the ground up, with a clearer layout per product line, better search, and more speed.
• Better on mobile. The old site wasn't really optimized for phones. The new one is.
• Revised shipping costs for Belgium and Germany, among others. We took a hard look at our shipping rates and were able to lower costs for our neighboring countries by finally switching to a new shipping platform.

Beyond that, nothing changes about who we are, what we sell, or how we think along with you if something goes wrong.

One important thing: your password won't work anymore. Because of the move to the new platform, account passwords couldn't be carried over. Your order history and details are all still there, but the next time you visit you'll need to request a new password via "Forgot password" on the login page. After that you can log in as usual.

Run into something that isn't working the way it should? (Always possible with a new system!) Let us know via info@tailwindnutrition.shop, and we'll fix it as quickly as possible.

Coming soon: Rapid Hydration is back, and bigger High Carb Fuel bags

Two things are on their way that you might already spot on the site: Rapid Hydration is returning to the range after a while away, in different formats (bags and loose sachets, no more boxes), and High Carb Fuel is getting a 16-serving bag which is a frequently requested one!

Both are already listed on the site, but stock is still on its way. Expected next week. So if you see it listed but can't order it yet: nothing's broken, it's just not in yet.
